Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement for any work we do for you. That is arranged directly with you, in person or over the phone, and is quoted job by job.

What this site is

This site describes the work Ken's Tree Experts does and lets you send us a request. Using it does not create a booking, and sending the slip does not put a job on the schedule until we have spoken with you.

Estimates and prices

No price on this site is a quote. We look at the tree first, and an estimate is only binding once we have given it to you directly for your specific job.

Where we work

We work in and around New Carlisle, Ohio. Whether we can take a particular job depends on the job, the date and the location, and we will tell you plainly if we cannot.

Using the site

Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site, and please do not submit anyone else’s personal information through the request slip.

Accuracy

We keep the information on this site as accurate as we can, but it is provided as a description of our work rather than as a promise of any particular result. Descriptions may change.
